Journalist-Filmmaker David Caprara talks Historical & Community Projects

David Caprara is an American journalist who has been based in Japan since he first came as a JET in 2012. David has worked as a writer, researcher, director and producer with major broadcasting companies both inside and focused on Japan from the US. Some of his interesting film projects give us a new perspective on travel and community issues in Japan.
